We expressly point out that the services Twitter, Facebook, Xing, Google+ and YouTube used by P-D, store their users’ information (e.g., personal information, IP address) in accordance with their data usage policies and use it for business purposes.

PD Cable-Systems has no influence on data collection and its further use by social networks. There is no information on the extent, location and duration of data storage, the extent to which networks comply with existing deletion obligations, which evaluations and links are made with the data and to whom the data is passed on.
